A Pioneering Education and Formation Program for Adolescents
Al Beaini Holding SAL is proud to originate a pioneering education and formation project, the "Di Albani Youth Academy NGO" (to be established in Switzerland), dedicated to the positive development and proper formation of adolescents. This initiative aims to equip young individuals, particularly boys between the ages of 12 and 16 in its first stage, with the capabilities to navigate their major life transition period and future challenges, helping them become "the people they are meant to be."
Recognizing adolescence as the most critical and transformative phase in human life, the program is devised as a comprehensive one-year Education and Formation Program (EFP). Beyond offering international, contemporary, and progressive academic education, it integrates a forward-looking Formation Program that embraces essential life skills such as discipline, etiquette, entrepreneurship, motivation, leadership, self-defense, social interaction, and participation in enriching activities.
The program is designed to be hosted in outstanding complementary settings, specifically prestigious heritage-listed properties across Europe. Starting in 2025, the proposed "Chateau de Menars" in France is envisioned as a prime location, capable of accommodating up to 250-500 boarding students (with provisions for additional dormitory buildings). This commitment to exceptional environments ensures a superlative and privileged undertaking, fostering self-shaping and self-growth within an unparalleled context.
