RED House Healthcare

Developing Care Designed for Wellness

Established in 2011, RED House Healthcare (RHH) serves as the group's dedicated arm for healthcare facility development. A decade ago, RED House Group recognized the paramount importance of the health sector and the critical lack of professional and dedicated developers specializing in hospital development across the entire MENA region. This foresight led to RHH kick-starting its operations with a $1.35 billion project for the development of a hospital network in Saudi Arabia. The project was planned to be carried out through a fifty-fifty joint venture between RHH and Saudi investment and healthcare firm, Ebram Investments (led by H.E. Dr. Sultan Bahabri). RHH anticipated developing a network of ten specialized hospitals, with a total of 3,000 beds, distributed across the KSA. The project’s implementation was planned to span over a period of six to eight years.

Our objective is to develop a comprehensive network of specialized hospitals in Saudi Arabia and across the GCC, in cooperation with the leading international hospital operators, a vision underpinned by a detailed business plan conducted by the esteemed McKinsey and Colliers International.
