In 2012, to optimize and broaden the RED House Group's scope, RED House Education was established. The education development sector across the MENA region is experiencing significant growth, driven by burgeoning young populations and ambitious national visions. This is particularly evident in Saudi Arabia, which faces a high and continuously growing demand for quality education seats, especially within higher education and specialized fields aligned with its Vision 2030. Recognizing this critical need, and understanding that any truly visionary master-planned communities developer acknowledges the high importance of incubating top-tier educational institutions within its projects or creating a separate subsidiary company as RED House Education, this arm was formed.
RED House Education specializes in the development of educational facilities that includes schools, universities, and training centers, recognizing the critical role of quality education infrastructure in community growth, and is equipped to finance and develop these essential institutions.
RED House Education is presently in charge of developing "Riyadh Education City", a 1 million sqm project within "Sun City Arabia", dedicated to incubate prominent educational institutions.
