Global Presence and Pioneering Projects

RED House Group, while headquartered in Beirut, Lebanon, has established and conducted considerable operations across Lebanon, Algeria, Cyprus, and Saudi Arabia. Our strategic growth plan embraces further expansion into Nigeria, Syria, and the UK.

RED House Algeria

A significant highlight of our international footprint is RED House Algeria, established in 2006. This subsidiary founded "Résidence Des Pins," a landmark development comprising 480 high-standing residential and commercial units strategically located in "Wled Fayet" in the Algerian capital. "Résidence Des Pins" was a truly pioneering project. It was the first to introduce high-quality residential units in Algiers, setting a new standard for the market and opening doors for other developers to elevate the quality of their buildings.

RED House Cyprus

In Cyprus, RED House Cyprus was established in 2009 in cooperation with the renowned Cypriot conglomerate, "Paraskevaides Group." At that time, RED House Group identified a significant shortage of decent family entertainment and large-scale second-home developments. This led to the decision to develop a massive project framed as a "Disneyland" theme park. The "Paraskevaides Group" provided a strategic 900,000 sqm land parcel in Nicosia, and the project attracted considerable interest from large investors in the Arab world and Russia. However, due to the global financial crisis in 2009, the project was paused. Undeterred, RED House Cyprus is determined to develop a new landmark project in Cyprus, situated between Nicosia and Larnaca. This future endeavor is envisioned as a large "Residential Resort" designed by a renowned International Design House.

RED House Arabia

RED House Arabia was established on December 12, 2012, as a partnership between Al Beaini Holding and Sheikh Mohammad Al Twaijri. In fact, since its inception in 2005, RED House Group has fostered strong partnerships with prominent Saudi businessmen and renowned Saudi family entities. Once established in Saudi Arabia in 2012, RED House, significantly supported by the Paraskevaides Group and its renowned contracting company J&P, expanded its Saudi network. This strong backing led to opportunities to develop mega properties.

RED House Arabia quickly became the leading subsidiary of RED House Group, originating several ambitious projects. Key among these are the "Riyadh International Auto City (RIAC)," a colossal 5,000,000 sqm mixed-use commercial city project dedicated to the automotive sector, as well as the "Riyadh Outlet Village" and its flagship development, the "Riyadh Investment Park."

Strategic Partnerships

DAR Dubai Investments

DAR Dubai Investments is a 50:50 joint venture between RED House Group's subsidiary دار تطوير العقار (Dar Real Estate Development) and Dubai Investments. Established in 2015, the venture initiated its operations with the "Riyadh Investment Park" project, an 11 million sqm mixed-use development. This visionary concept is a replica of Dubai's 23 million sqm flagship project, "Dubai Investments Park (DIP)." Later, DAR Dubai, led by RED House Arabia, structured a SAR 2 Billion private equity fund in cooperation with Al Inma Capital (as Fund Manager), to develop Phase 1 of the "Riyadh Investment Park" project.
